( Salutations to the Teacher outside and the Wisdom within.) three times, taking a deep breath through the nose for each repetition. This mantra is centering and creates a protected learning and practicing environment.
Mantras are repetitive words or phrases in English or ancient languages like
Sanskrit or Gurmukhi. Mantras affect you in three ways; by physical stimulation
of the glandular system through activation of the meridians in the mouth and
through breath control, changes in the
colors and dimensions of your energy fields and positive mental reinforcement
through mental and or verbal repetition. |
